Brief explanation (new leader)

I can't tell all why this happened, im not going to tell why Toxic did this.

Nothing REALLY BIG will happen to the clan, i will enforce the same major rules

Some of you think it's wierd to have me as a leader, but im not going to argue, i feel wierd aswell, being the leader

I will not take VERY strict charge and abuse power (I do not even have to mention this but i need to clarify it)

The only major change is that i will not be on Runescape as often as Toxicwaverz/Tw Elmer did

Its a major change but you should still continue doing clan stuff.

YOU MUST PK MOST OF THE TIME EACH WEEK!

YOU CAN TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO TRAIN,CHILL,MAKE MONEY

PEOPLE WHO ARE HARDLY ACTIVE MUST PK TO THE MINIMUN!

INACTIVE PEOPLE AT ALL WILL PAY!
